Adam Cassidy is an experienced real estate development executive with over 15 years of experience in the acquisition, development and financing of over $1 billion of commercial real estate projects throughout the United States. Mr. Cassidy has led numerous transactions across the hospitality space including equity and debt investments to support long term management and license agreements, expansion capital, and acquisition of hospitality assets.

In addition to CAMPAIGN, Mr. Cassidy co-founded Clearview Capital Group, with partner Mr. Charles Mallory of Greenwich Hospitality Group, which acquired and developed a diversified portfolio of upscale hospitality and real estate assets. From 2011-2019, Mr. Cassidy served as the Vice President of Acquisitions and Development at Dream Hotel Group, responsible for growing the Company’s lifestyle hotel brands in the US and Europe by originating and structuring new construction, adaptive re-use, and joint venture real estate projects. Previously, Mr. Cassidy worked as a project manager at GFI Development Company, a full-service owner and developer of real estate based in New York City that developed The Ace Hotel New York; and The NoMad Hotel in New York.

Mr. Cassidy has served in independent advisory roles where he focused on feasibility analysis, FDIC mandated loan portfolio sales, land acquisition, commercial brokerage and project management on behalf of various investors. In 2017, heled the acquisition and repositioning of the Chapin Estate, a 3,000-acre gated residential community located in Bethel, NY. He also completed the acquisition of Kutschers’ Resort for conversion to YO1 Wellness Resort, a $100 million resort development in the Catskill Mountains of NY.

Adam holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University. Cassidy is an active member of the Columbia Alumni Council which supports current programming for students and alumni. He is based in Old Greenwich, CT where he lives with his wife and two sons. He is an avid golfer, cyclist and travel enthusiast.
