Mat Feldman

Mat Feldman is the President and Founder of CAMPAIGN.

After 14 years of successfully investing on behalf of leading, global asset management firms, Mr. Feldman established CAMPAIGN in 2019 with the goal of providing capital markets and investment solutions across real estate. Mr. Feldman’s mission – or ‘campaign’ – is to raise strategic growth capital for real estate operating companies, and to provide institutional-quality investment opportunities and services to family offices and high net worth individuals (HNW’s).

Prior to founding CAMPAIGN, Mr. Feldman was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group (NYSE: CG). As a senior executive in the Carlyle Credit Opportunities Fund (“CCOF”), Mr. Feldman focused on structured investments in real estate operating companies, platforms and complex assets, and co-led the US investment strategy. Before joining The Carlyle Group, Mr. Feldman was a senior investment professional at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a global hedge fund with more than $25 billion of assets under management. During his tenure at Davidson Kempner, Mr. Feldman invested in real estate and related industries in the US and Europe, and deployed nearly $2 billion of capital. Mr. Feldman began his career at Square Mile Capital, where he was a Vice President responsible for debt and equity investments in commercial real estate assets.

Mr. Feldman received his undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree from the Boston University School of Law. He is a proud Trustee of the Development School for Youth, which provides after-school programs and employment opportunities to inner-city youth across the country.
