Zachary Sirota Joins CAMPAIGN Capital as Partner

NEW YORK – March 16, 2023 – CAMPAIGN Capital (“CAMPAIGN”) appointed Zachary Sirota as Partner of the capital markets and advisory firm which exclusively advises owners, operators and developers. Zachary will work across the firm and lead its Large Sponsors division after an established track record of advising publicly traded and privately owned real estate companies at B. Riley Securities (NASDAQ: RILY).

CAMPAIGN’s Founder, Mat Feldman, said, “I’m thrilled to have Zachary join the CAMPAIGN team. With his expertise in institutional real estate investment banking, we can continue advising some of the best public and private real estate companies in the industry.”

Prior to joining CAMPAIGN, Zachary was an Investment Banker at B. Riley Securities where he advised and structured a homebuilder’s de-SPAC into a publicly traded company, participated in multiple REIT IPOs, and raised over $2.5 billion of equity and debt for public and private real estate companies. Previously, Zachary worked at SL Green Realty Corp. (NYSE: SLG), where he participated in the execution of over $8 billion of direct acquisitions and structured finance transactions.

Zachary added, “Our business is 100% focused on advising real estate sponsors, which makes us unique. Institutional capital is seeking high quality assets and – especially in times of volatility – high quality teams. Our job is to help real estate sponsors grow their businesses by accessing outside capital and – under Mat’s leadership – CAMPAIGN is approaching nearly $1 billion of capital raised in line with this vision.”
